People usually find us by looking for the Mother Dairy nearby since it's such a well-known spot in this part of Delhi. Our office for Jindal Pipes Limited is tucked away in B-23, Pandav Nagar. If you’ve ever walked through these lanes, you know how busy it gets with rickshaws and people moving about all day long. It's a crowded area but there's a lot of energy to it. We don't have a giant showroom or anything, just a functional space where we handle the business side of things for the pipes. Dealing with heavy steel and industrial supplies in a residential-commercial mix like Delhi-92 has its own set of challenges, especially when it comes to parking or getting deliveries through. We spend a lot of time on the phone or going through paperwork at our desks. It’s noisy outside with the traffic, but we’re used to it by now. The office feels lived-in. There are files everywhere and the tea guy comes by a couple of times a day. We aren't trying to be some high-tech startup; we’re just a group of people working in the pipe industry. Most of the staff here knows the local area like the back of their hand. We just show up, manage the supply chain, and try to keep things moving despite the Delhi heat or the monsoon rains that sometimes flood the streets after a heavy downpour.
