Jindal Organisation

Our office is right in the heart of New Delhi. Jyoti Arora is the main person here, and we’ve been operating for a good long time. It’s a typical Delhi office, honestly. We have old desks, a few computers that have seen better days, and piles of files that never seem to go away. We call ourselves an organisation because we handle a bit of everything, from coordination to general business services. It’s a busy life in the capital. The traffic outside is always humming, and there is always someone coming in for a meeting or to drop something off. We don’t go for all that modern glass-and-chrome look. It’s more of a lived-in space where work actually happens. We have a small pantry where we make tea for anyone who stops by. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy presentations. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized, which is harder than it sounds some days. Most of our staff have been with us for years, so we’re more like a small family than a bunch of employees. We just show up, do the work, and head home into the Delhi traffic like everyone else. It's a simple, honest way to run a business in such a fast-moving city.
