Stylistic Apparels

Stylistic Apparels is in the Flatted Factory Complex at Jhandewalan, unit B-153. If you have ever been to Jhandewalan, you know it is a real hub for this kind of production work. The complex is huge and full of different businesses all doing their own thing. Our unit is just one of many, but we’ve made it our own over the years. There are a lot of stairs to climb and the hallways are always full of people moving rolls of cloth or finished items. Inside our space, things are usually pretty packed. We have workstations for the tailors and a small area where we do the final inspection. The lighting is bright and industrial, which helps with the detailed work we do. It isn't a place where you would come for a fancy meeting or a quiet talk. We usually just talk loudly over the sound of the machines. There is a lot of camaraderie here among the staff. We’ve gone through many busy seasons together and know how to handle the pressure. Sometimes the power goes out in the complex and we all just take a break and sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It’s just part of the routine. We don’t try to act like a big company. We are just a group of people who are good at making clothes and making sure they get delivered on time. It is honest work and we stay busy.
