Our office is located in Munirka, specifically at house 202/A on the second floor, which belongs to Ramesh Tokas. Munirka is one of those places in New Delhi that always feels crowded and full of life, no matter the time of day. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always packed with students and people moving around. We work on concrete solutions, mostly the technical side of things and planning out how to handle different construction needs. It is a private limited setup, but the vibe in the office is pretty relaxed and informal. We aren't big on wearing suits or having formal meetings every hour. Usually, it's just us sitting around a couple of desks trying to figure out the best way to move forward with a project. The building is an older one, which is typical for this part of Delhi. People sometimes find it a bit tricky to find the right entrance at first, but once you're up here, it’s quiet enough to get real work done. We handle a lot of the backend stuff for concrete projects from here. It’s a practical space for a practical business like ours. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. It’s just where we do our business every day, making sure the concrete orders and solutions are sorted out for our clients. We stay busy with the local projects and the paperwork.
