Our office is tucked away in the Lilaram Market area of South Extension Part II. We’re in flat number 445. It’s a busy market, so there’s always something happening right outside our window. We’ve been running this Jaypee Group branch from this spot for quite a while. The space is a bit narrow, so we have to be careful how we arrange the furniture. We mostly handle coordination and site planning from here. There’s a small balcony where we keep some old equipment and crates. It’s a very lived-in space; the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy to get around to it. We have a lot of walk-ins since we're right in the market, mostly people asking for directions or locals checking on property details. We don't have a formal lobby, so you just walk right into the middle of the workspace. It’s a bit noisy with the market sounds drifting in, but it keeps us energized. We aren’t big on fancy titles or formal meetings. We just sit around the main table and figure out what needs to happen next. It’s a very practical, hands-on way to work in the heart of New Delhi. At the end of the day, we lock up and navigate through the crowds to get home, ready to do it all again tomorrow.
