Jayna Sports

If you head over to Lajwanti Garden and find Gali No-8, we are right there at Wz-235 on the first floor. Jayna Sports has been in this spot for some time. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good space once you’re inside. We have equipment and boxes stacked up in most of the corners. It’s a working office, not a showroom, so things can get a little crowded. We like being in this part of town; it feels very local and lived-in. Our days are filled with checking orders and making sure everything is where it should be. We don't have a big HR department or fancy software for everything. We use a lot of notebooks and a few old computers that still work just fine. The team here is small. We’ve got people who have been with us for years and know the business inside out. We don't really do formal meetings. If we need to talk, we just sit around one of the desks and figure it out. It’s a very direct way of working. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a lot of stuff arrives at once, but we always manage to sort it out. We aren't trying to be some giant corporate entity. We're just a local business on the first floor, doing our best to stay busy and keep things moving. It’s a simple life and we’re okay with that every day.
