You can find us over at I 414 in the Alpha-II sector of Greater Noida. It’s a much more planned out area than some other parts of the region, but it still has that busy feel. We’ve been running Jaycon Infrastructure Limited from this spot for a while now. The office is a straightforward space where we handle the day-to-day grind of construction management. It’s not a fancy showroom. It’s where we sit down and look at costs, schedules, and site reports. Greater Noida is always growing, and being in Alpha-II puts us right in the middle of it. We see a lot of people coming in to talk about new projects or asking for work. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief in the summer. We keep things pretty simple around here. No one wears a suit unless they absolutely have to for a meeting. We’re usually in boots and dusty clothes from being out in the field. We don't have a big marketing budget or a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar that's usually full and a lot of phone calls to make. It’s a practical way of doing things. Sometimes we lose track of time when we're deep in a project, but that's just part of the job. There's usually a stack of newspapers on the table and a few empty water bottles scattered about by the end of the long workday.
