Jay International

Jay International is tucked away in the North Ex Mall in Sector-9, Rohini. Being in a mall is a bit different from being in a factory. It is cleaner, for one thing, but the space is quite small. We are at B-20. It can be a bit strange working in a place where people come to shop and watch movies while we are trying to handle international trade stuff. Most of our day is spent on the computer or the phone. Dealing with different time zones means sometimes we are here late or starting very early before the mall really gets busy. There is a lot of paperwork involved in what we do. Folders are stacked up on every shelf. The air conditioning in the building is nice, but it can get stuffy when you stay inside all day. We often grab lunch from the food court or one of the little stalls nearby. It is a bit of a trek to get to the parking lot every day. We don't have any big posters or fancy displays in the window. Just a simple door with the company name on it. It is a quiet office where we just focus on the logistics and the emails. Sometimes it gets a bit repetitive, but that is the nature of this kind of business.
