Janta Associates

Janta Associates operates out of Flat No 10 in Adi Apartments, which is in Pocket 3 of Dwarka Sector 1. Using a flat as an office makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard commercial building. It’s a quiet residential area for the most part, which we appreciate. We’ve got the front room set up with a couple of workstations and some filing racks. It’s not a place for big meetings or fancy presentations. Usually, it’s just one or two of us sitting there, going through the daily mail and checking the files. We like the neighborhood because it’s a bit calmer than the main markets. The kitchen in the flat is where we spend a lot of time making coffee. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by looking for Adi Apartments. We don't really have a grand vision or a corporate strategy. We just want to do our jobs well and be fair with the people who come to us. It’s a modest setup, and we’re okay with that. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and it feels very local. We just keep our records in order and take care of the business tasks as they come along. It’s a steady pace for a small team like ours, just keeping things simple and direct.
