You can find us at E 2/99 A on the 30 Feet Road in Chanakya Place. We are pretty close to Pankha Road here in Janakpuri. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and people always moving about. Our place isn't anything fancy or corporate, despite what the name might make you think. It’s just a local fashion shop where we sell a bit of everything. We’ve been here for a good while, so we know a lot of the people who walk past our door every day. The shop is usually a bit crowded with stock because we try to keep a lot of variety on the hangers. We spend a lot of time just folding things back up after someone has looked through them. It can be a bit repetitive, but it’s part of the job. We don't have any big meetings or special plans. We just open up in the morning, sweep the front, and wait for people to come in. The lights inside are a bit bright, but it helps people see the colors of the fabric properly. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there with the door open to get some light. We aren't trying to be anything other than a normal shop for the people around Janakpuri. It’s just us here, working the counter and making sure the shop stays running. It’s a simple way to make a living and we are happy enough with how it goes.
