Jaiprakash Associates

Our office is in the Delhi Rajdhani Apartment, which is at 80 IP Extension in Patparganj. We are in unit J-301. It’s one of those big apartment complexes in East Delhi where a lot is always happening. Jaiprakash Associates has been based here for some time. Working out of an apartment means it’s a bit cozy, but it works for us. We have turned the rooms into office spaces with desks and filing cabinets. It’s a busy building with lots of neighbors, so there is always someone coming or going in the elevators. We don't have a big storefront or anything. People just come up to the third floor if they need to see us. Usually, it's just us typing away or talking on the phone. We don't put on any acts. It’s just a place of work. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the busy streets of Patparganj. We keep things pretty simple. We have our routine of starting early and making sure the paperwork is sorted out by evening. It’s a decent spot because it’s easy for everyone to get to. We aren't interested in being fancy. We just need a roof over our heads and a place to keep our stuff organized. It feels like a real community here, and we are just a small part of it.
