Our spot for Jaiprakash Associates Ltd. is located at 855, near the Vishal Marriage hall on the way between Noida and Agra. It is an interesting location because of all the people passing through for events and weddings nearby. You can often hear the music or see the crowds when there is a big celebration going on. The office itself is simple and straightforward. We don’t have any of those big corporate lobbies or shiny glass walls. It’s just a room with enough space for us to handle our daily tasks. The road outside stays pretty active with traffic going toward the expressway. We usually start the day early before the sun gets too hot. There is always a lot of dust from the road, but that is part of working out here. We keep our files organized as best as we can, even if the shelves are a bit crowded. It is a very hands-on environment. We don't talk much about goals or strategies in a big way; we just make sure the work is finished by the end of the day. Sometimes the cell signal is a bit weak, so we have to step outside to take calls. It’s a quiet life inside the office, even with the highway noise outside. We just stay focused on what is in front of us and try to stay productive through the afternoon heat.
