It’s a decent area, fairly quiet compared to the main roads, which is good for getting our paperwork done. The office is inside a house, so it has that lived-in feel. We don't really go for the high-end office decor; we just have what we need to stay productive. Most of the guys here have been working together for a long time, so we have a rhythm. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff for the construction projects from this location. Sometimes the heat in UP gets to be a bit much, but the coolers keep us going. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making sure the day-to-day operations are handled without too many hiccups. If you walked in, you’d probably see a few of us drinking chai and looking over site maps or budget sheets. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just want to make sure the work we do at House No. 206 is solid. It's about being reliable and staying on top of the details. Being in Sector 15 puts us in a good spot to manage everything in the Ghaziabad region without being in the middle of a big mess. It is just a practical place for practical work and we like it that way.
