Jaiprakash Associates Limited

Our setup is at Flat No B 69 on the first floor of Parsavnath Paradise in Mohan Nagar. If you know Ghaziabad, you know this part of town gets quite busy. Jaiprakash Associates Limited operates out of this space. It's a first-floor unit, so we don't have to deal with the elevators too much, which is a blessing on busy days. The stairs are right there. The rooms are filled with folders and stacks of paper because that is just the nature of our work. We’ve got a couple of computers that have seen better days but they still get the job done. The light in the morning is actually pretty good through the windows. We usually have the radio playing low in the background while we work on the ledgers. Mohan Nagar has a lot going on, so there is always a bit of background noise from the street. It’s not the quietest place, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don’t have fancy furniture, just the basics like tables and some old chairs that we’ve moved around a dozen times. People sometimes drop by to ask questions or hand over documents. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. It’s a humble place, honestly. We focus on the tasks at hand and try not to let the clutter get too out of control. It works for us and we’re here most days.
