Jainco Buildcon Ltd

We’ve been working out of C-4/144 in Keshav Puram for quite some time now. Most mornings start with a lot of phone calls and checking on how the construction sites are doing around Delhi. It's not a fancy setup here at Jainco Buildcon Ltd, just a regular office where we keep our files and meet up with the site supervisors. People usually find us by looking for the block near the main market area. The traffic in Keshav Puram can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, so we try to get our site visits done early. We handle a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to planning out the builds and making sure the materials arrive on time. It gets pretty dusty and loud with all the work going on, but that’s just how it is in this line of business. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and some half-empty tea cups. We don’t really do much advertising or anything because most folks around here already know where to find us if they need something built. Sometimes the monsoon rains slow things down at the sites, which is frustrating, but we just wait it out and get back to it. It’s a lot of coordination between the laborers and the suppliers. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day without making a big fuss about it.
