Jai Satya Lighting is tucked away in the Fountain Electric Market at Bhagirath Palace. If you know Chandni Chowk, you know how crowded it gets. Our shop at No. 1935/10 is right in the thick of it. It’s a small space, but we pack it full of different lights and bulbs. Every morning we open the shutters and start moving boxes around just to make a path for people to walk. It’s loud and dusty, but that’s just how it is in the market. We talk to a lot of people every day, from electricians to homeowners looking for a replacement. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time, and we know most of the other shopkeepers around us. We don't spend money on fancy displays. We just put the stuff on the shelves and let people look. Sometimes the power goes out in the whole lane, and we have to use torches to show people the stock. It’s a bit chaotic, but we like the energy of the place. We don’t have a website or any of that, we just rely on people walking in. It’s an honest way to make a living. You can find us by the old fountain landmark, just follow the crowd and look for our number. We might be busy with a customer when you arrive, but we will get to you eventually.
