Jagson International Ltd is based out of Laxmi Nagar in Delhi, specifically at J-88. If you’ve ever been to Laxmi Nagar, you know it’s one of the busiest spots in East Delhi. The streets are always crowded, and there is a lot of hustle and bustle everywhere you look. We operate from this neighborhood, handling our international business activities from a pretty modest office. It’s not one of those tall glass buildings you see in Gurgaon; it’s just a regular spot in a busy part of town. We spend our days dealing with various trade details and making sure everything is lined up for our shipments. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much, but it also gives us energy to keep moving. We have a small team that handles the paperwork and the logistics. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phones and emails, trying to coordinate things across different time zones. We’ve been at J-88 for quite some time now, so the local chai walas and shopkeepers all know us. It feels like a community here, even if the work we do reaches much further out. We don’t really go in for fancy marketing or big presentations. We just get the work done and try to stay organized amidst all the Delhi chaos. It’s a living, and it keeps us on our toes every single day without fail.
