We are located at 457 Main Road, right in the heart of Sadar Bazar. If you know the area, you know it’s one of the busiest markets around. Our shop is always in the middle of a lot of noise and activity. We’ve been here for a long time, and the Patwa family has been running things for years. The shop is quite small, but it’s filled from the floor to the ceiling with all kinds of goods. It can be a bit of a squeeze when there are several people inside at once. We spend our days mostly on our feet, dealing with customers and helping them find what they need. There are no fancy uniforms or corporate rules here. We just work hard and try to be fair with everyone. The market outside is always full of life, with carts and people constantly moving past our door. It gets very hot in the summer, and we mostly rely on our old ceiling fans to keep cool. We don't really bother with marketing or online stuff. People know where we are and what we sell. It’s a lot of work to keep track of the inventory in such a crowded space, but we manage. We are just a local family business in Sadar Bazar. Our life is about opening the shop, working through the crowd, and heading home when the sun goes down.
