We spend our days at J K Jain Buildtech India Pvt Ltd, over on G T Karnal Road in the Panchwati area. Being at B 1 right on the GTK Road means there is always a lot of activity outside. Trucks go by all the time and the noise is just part of the background now. We’ve been set up here for a good while. The office isn't about style, it's about having enough desk space and a working phone. We handle a lot of logistics and construction-related details, so things can get pretty messy with blueprints and schedules laying around. It’s a real working environment. The staff here mostly lives nearby or commutes in from the surrounding sectors. We eat lunch together often and talk about how the road construction is going outside. It's a straightforward place. We don't have a lobby with a waterfall or anything like that. We have desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. When people come to see us at Panchwati, they usually know what they are looking for. We just get on with the work that needs finishing. It’s about meeting deadlines and making sure the inventory is where it should be. The days go by fast when there is this much to keep track of. There's always some paperwork that needs filing or a driver waiting for a signature. It’s just how we do things here.
