Our office is in the Jakkanpur area of Patna, specifically at South Poddar Bhawan. It used to be part of the Late Chandrika Prasad property. It’s an older building, but it works for what we need. We do infrastructure and project work, so our days are filled with a lot of practical problems to solve. Patna is a crowded place, and Jakkanpur is no different, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to keep the projects on track. We have a lot of maps and schedules pinned to the walls. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. The staff here has been together for a bit, so we have our own way of doing things. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or big signs. We’d rather focus on making sure the project materials are where they should be. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the internet is slow, but we just work around it. That’s life in Bihar. We take care of the paperwork and the local coordination from here. It’s a lot of sitting through meetings and then rushing out to the sites to see how things are progressing. We aren't big on corporate talk, we just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. It is a bit loud and messy sometimes, but we get it done.
