Our office for Itd-Itdcem-Jv Dmrc Project Bc-24 is situated at D-1/1 Budh Vihar Phase-1. We are in New Delhi-41 and a good landmark to find us is that we are near Hanuman Dairy. Having the dairy nearby is actually quite helpful for giving people directions when they are lost. Budh Vihar is a busy area and Phase-1 has a lot of movement. We are right in the thick of it. This office is specifically for the Dmrc project we are handling right now. It is a busy place with a lot of coming and going of staff and materials. We don't have much time for fancy office decor or anything like that. The rooms are filled with maps, schedules, and various project bits. It looks like a place where people actually work hard. We like being on the ground level where we can see what is happening on the street. It keeps us connected to the neighborhood. The atmosphere is pretty informal. We wear comfortable clothes and drink a lot of tea while we work through the project details. It’s not a polished corporate environment at all. It’s just us trying to make sure everything with the BC-24 project goes the way it should. We’ve been here for a while now and the locals are used to seeing us around the dairy. It’s a decent spot for a project office and the landmark makes it easy for everyone to reach us.
