Our team at Itd-Itd Cem Jv is set up over at B-404 Lovely Home Cghs Ltd. This is located at Plot-5 in Sector-5, Dwarka. New Delhi 110 075 is the pin code if you are looking it up on a map. It is a residential kind of area so it feels a bit more relaxed than the middle of the city. We have been operating from this apartment complex for a bit now. It’s a decent place to work from. Dwarka is quite spread out so we have some space around us. We are not some big faceless company with a giant glass building. It is just a regular office where we handle all our paperwork and meetings. You might see us coming and going throughout the day. The building is called Lovely Home, which is a bit of a funny name for an office spot but it works for us. Sector-5 is pretty easy to navigate once you get the hang of how the blocks are laid out. We keep things low-key here. There isn’t a lot of noise or big signs outside. We just stay busy with our projects and try to keep everything on track. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow but we don't mind the wait too much. It gives us a chance to chat with the neighbors. We like being based in this part of Delhi because it feels more like a real community than a boring business park. We just get on with it.
