Our spot is at A-178 in Lajpat Nagar, over in Sahibabad. Being in the Ghaziabad district keeps us pretty busy with all the industrial and construction activity going on around here. We go by Itd-Itd Cem [ Jv ]. It is a joint venture setup, so there is always a lot of coordination between different teams. The office is a practical space where we sort out the daily grind. We aren't big on formalities. Most days, we’re just wearing regular clothes and trying to figure out the best way to handle the next phase of a project. The area around Lajpat Nagar is familiar to us, and we’ve settled in quite well. There’s always some noise from the nearby roads, but you get used to it. We focus on the engineering and cement work that comes our way. It involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we get through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the loudest company out there. We just want to do the job right and keep things moving. The team here is small but we know the local landscape. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build things and make sure the structures are solid. That's really all there is to it at the end of the day. We don't have time for anything that isn't helping us finish the task.
