We’re located in Dwarka at B-404 Lovely Home, Plot-5 in Sector-5. It’s a residential-feeling area, but we use this space to run the operations for Itd-Itd Cem Joint Venture and Itd Cementation India Ltd. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but we just focus on the work. Being in New Delhi-75 gives us a good base to manage projects across the region. We don't have a giant corporate building. This is more of a practical office where the real planning happens. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on our computers making sure the sites have what they need. There are always blueprints laying around and lists of materials to order. We aren't the type to spend money on fancy furniture or flashy ads. We’d rather put that effort into making sure the engineering is solid. It can get a bit cramped when the whole team is in, but we make it work. Most of us have been in this industry for a long time. We know that construction is mostly about solving problems as they come up. We don't try to sugarcoat things. If there’s a delay, we deal with it. If a plan needs changing, we change it. We just want to get the job done without making a big scene. It’s a regular office with regular people trying to do good work every single day.
