Our office is B/203, located in the New Jyoti Apartment building. This is on Plot No-27 in Sector 4 of Dwarka, New Delhi. The pin code is 110075. We go by the name Itd Cementation (I) Ltd. Dwarka is a big residential area, so being in an apartment building feels quite natural for us. It is a bit of a climb or an elevator ride up to the second floor. The office isn't very large, but it fits everything we need. We have the computers set up and there is usually a pot of tea going somewhere. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, which helps when we have a lot of numbers to look at. We don't have a fancy sign outside on the street. You have to know the plot number and the building name to find us. New Delhi can be very fast, but inside Sector 4, things feel a little more contained. Our daily life involves a lot of phone calls and checking on schedules. We don't have any sleek furniture. It’s all very functional and maybe a bit cluttered. That’s just how we operate. We’ve been in this Dwarka spot for some time now and it feels like home. There is no corporate vibe here. We are just a team working out of an apartment.
