You can find us at D-303 in the Palam Apartments, which is on Plot No. 7 in Sector 5 of Dwarka. We’ve been running the Isolux Corsan India operations from this New Delhi office for some time now. It’s a standard apartment setup turned into a workspace, so it has a bit of a lived-in feel. We deal with various infrastructure and energy projects, though most of the big work happens far away from this desk. Here in Dwarka, it’s mostly about the administration and making sure the numbers add up. The apartment complex is usually pretty quiet, which is good when we have a lot of reports to go through. We don't have a big shiny sign outside. You just have to know which floor to come to. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up with the neighbors, but we usually sorted it out quickly. We aren't a huge team here in this specific unit. It is just a few of us keeping the wheels turning for the Indian side of the company. Dealing with big projects means there is always a lot of stress and deadlines, but we just take it one cup of tea at a time. The view from the window isn't much, just the other buildings in Sector 5, but it’s home for the workday. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we get from the main office and try to get home before the Delhi traffic gets too bad. It is a lot of spreadsheets and emails.
