Ion Exchange Services Ltd

Ion Exchange Services Ltd is over in the Uttam Nagar area of New Delhi. Specifically, we are at 126, Ta Flats, in Group II of Hastsal. It is a very crowded part of the city, and finding a parking spot near the flats is usually a nightmare. The office is inside a residential block, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We have neighbors living right above and below us. You can hear the sounds of families and the local market stalls from the window. We spend our days coordinating service calls for water filters and stuff like that. It’s not a fancy glass building with a lobby. Instead, you walk up the stairs and find us among the files and spare parts. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. In the summer, the Delhi heat is brutal, so we keep the AC running as much as the old wiring allows. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we know the local shortcuts to avoid the main road traffic. It is a basic setup where we just get on with the job. No one wears suits here. We just wear what is comfortable for a long day of work. It’s a practical way to run things in this part of town and we have been here for a good while.
