International Land Developers Group

We’ve been based here in Surya Nagar for a while now. Our office is at A-9, F-1, right in the thick of things in this part of Ghaziabad. It is not a fancy glass building or anything, just a practical space where we get our work done every day. International Land Developers Group deals with a lot of different land projects around the Delhi NCR area, so there is always someone coming or going. The traffic on the way in can be a bit much during the morning rush, but that is just how it is around here. We spend most of our time looking over maps and talking to people about various plots. Sometimes it gets loud with the street noise outside, but you get used to it after a week. Most of us have worked together for years. We know the local chai guy and where to get a decent lunch nearby without spending too much. It is a busy environment. We do not really have a lot of time for long meetings that don't go anywhere. There is always a stack of files on someone's desk and a phone ringing in the background. It is honest work. We try to keep things moving as fast as the paperwork allows. Usually, the office stays open late if there is a big project finishing up. It is just us doing what we do in Ghaziabad, trying to stay organized in the middle of all the NCR chaos.
