Our office is located in Vasundhra, Ghaziabad, specifically at 1/934 in Sector-1. It’s a busy area right on the edge of Delhi, and there’s always something happening outside our doors. We aren't in a big, fancy headquarters building. Instead, we work from a regular building in a residential and commercial mix zone. It makes us feel more connected to the community. At the International Federation of Red Cross here, we spend most of our time coordinating various efforts and handling a lot of the logistical paperwork that comes with this kind of work. It’s not always exciting; there is a lot of filing, many phone calls to make, and endless lists to check. The rooms are a bit cramped because we have so many records and supplies stored away. We use every bit of space we have. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet gets slow, which can be frustrating when you’re trying to get things done, but that’s just life in Ghaziabad. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and take short breaks. We don’t really have a "corporate" vibe. We are just a group of people trying to stay organized and do our part from this little corner of Uttar Pradesh. Most people who come by are just locals or people we work with directly. It’s a quiet, busy, and very ordinary office where we do our best to stay on top of everything that needs our attention.
