We are based in a house over in Neb Sarai, right on Ignou Road in New Delhi. It’s a regular residential area, so it doesn’t feel like those cold, empty office buildings you find downtown. We deal with healthcare supplies and various services for our clients. It is a busy operation most days because someone always needs a delivery urgently. We have boxes and crates piled up in the hallway sometimes when a new shipment arrives from the suppliers. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze, but we make it work for us and keep everything moving. The team is quite small, just a few of us handling the phone calls and making sure orders go out to the right places. We aren't some giant hospital chain, just a local company trying to get things where they need to go in the city. Delhi is such a fast-paced place, and we do our best to keep up with everything. Sometimes the heavy traffic makes our deliveries take much longer than we would like, which is frustrating. We don't have any polished sales pitches or glossy brochures here. We just tell people what we have in the warehouse and when we can get it to them. It is honest work and it keeps us on our toes all day. Most of the staff lives right nearby, so we know these streets very well. It’s a very practical setup and it suits us fine.
