Infrastructure & Construction Group operates from Vindyachal Apartments in Inder Enclave, over on Rohtak Road. Our office is at number 40. It’s right here in New Delhi, and as anyone who lives here knows, it’s a busy, noisy place. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now. The apartment setup is a bit unconventional for a construction group, but it works for us because it’s a central location and easy for our workers to get to. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the office and different sites across the city. The paperwork for construction is endless, so there’s always someone stuck at a desk dealing with permits or schedules. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of dust and noise, and things rarely go exactly according to plan. We’ve learned to be flexible over the years. Our team is pretty small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time, so we don't have to spend much time on formalities. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we go out and do it. It’s a practical approach that has kept us going through some tough times in the industry. We don't use big words or fancy brochures to get business. Mostly, it’s just people hearing about us and giving us a call to see if we can help with their project.
