Industrial Devices is located at 140-A in Kilokari, which is right by Maharani Bagh in New Delhi. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. It’s a busy little area, and we fit right in with the rest of the local businesses. We work with various types of industrial equipment and parts. The office is usually a bit of a mess with manuals and spare components lying around on the tables. We don’t mind it though because it shows we’re actually doing things. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us who know the technical side of the machines we deal with. We spend a lot of time on the phone sourcing parts or explaining how something works to a customer. Being in New Delhi 14 means we are pretty central, which helps with getting things shipped out. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been coming here for years. The building itself is nothing special to look at, just a practical space where we can get our work done without distractions. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the internet goes slow, but we just deal with it and keep moving. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us here in Kilokari. We like the work and we like being in this part of town.
