Our office and workshop are located at 358 in the Patparganj Industrial Area. It’s a solid, grey building in a sea of other industrial plots. If you spend time in Patparganj, you know the vibe—lots of small factories, trucks parked everywhere, and the smell of grease and metal in the air. We fit right in. We’ve been at this address for a good while, and the place has seen its fair share of wear and tear. There are marks on the floor from moving heavy equipment and the desks are cluttered with old files and spare parts. We don't have a PR team or anyone to make the place look like a showroom. It’s a functional space where we spend most of our waking hours. Usually, the radio is playing somewhere in the background, mixed with the sound of tools. The tea man comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break to talk about the weather or local news. It’s not the quietest place to work, especially when the neighbors are running their big machines, but it’s where we get things done. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, handle the work our customers need, and go home when the work is finished. It’s just how we operate at Indus Services.
