We’ve got our office at S-7 in the LSC, which is the DDA Shopping Complex over in Mayur Vihar Phase-1. If you know Delhi-91, you know how these shopping complexes are. They’re busy and full of life. We do construction and real estate work from this little spot. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the desks and the files we need to keep track of everything. We’ve been around here for quite some time now. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there’s a lot of running around involved. People drop in to ask about property or just to settle some paperwork. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us handling the day-to-day business at Indura Finlease Pvt. Ltd. The tea stall nearby is where we spend some of our breaks. Working in real estate in Delhi means you’re always dealing with something new. The complex gets a bit crowded on weekends, but we’re used to the noise. It’s a practical location for us. We just keep our heads down and handle the work without making a big fuss. It’s a straightforward operation. We like being in Mayur Vihar because it’s well-connected. Everything we need is right here. We just try to stay honest and get the work done as it comes in. That’s basically how we operate here every single day.
