Indraprasth Spine Physiotherapy Centre

We run the Indraprasth Spine Physiotherapy Centre. Our clinic is at A-10, Gulmohar Park, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi. It’s a nice enough area with some trees around, though the traffic on August Kranti Marg can be a headache during rush hour. We’ve been helping people with their back and spine issues in this same spot for quite a while. The center isn't some high-tech glass building. It’s a comfortable space where we have our tables and exercise gear. We try to keep it clean and calm because people coming here are often in pain. Our staff lives all over New Delhi, but we all meet here every morning to start the sessions. We see a lot of different people, from young kids to old folks. Every day is different, but the goal is always the same: getting people moving again. We don't do big advertisements. Most people find us because they live in Gulmohar Park or they’ve heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a straightforward practice. We listen to what hurts, we try to fix it, and we go from there. It’s just us doing our jobs in this little corner of the city. We don't have fancy titles or corporate jargon. We just talk to our patients like normal people and do our best to help them feel better. It’s a small, quiet place where we focus on the work at hand every single day of the week.
