The first thing most people notice when they walk in is the smell. It’s a mix of different roots, dried leaves, and sometimes a bit of alcohol from the tinctures. It’s a very heavy, earthy scent that stays on your clothes. The building is older, and we use a post box for a lot of our mail since the couriers sometimes struggle with the narrow lanes here. Our workspace is crowded with jars of all sizes, and some of the labels have faded over the years, so we have to be careful about reorganizing. We spend a lot of time sorting through raw materials and making sure everything is stored properly so it doesn't spoil. It’s tedious work, but it’s what we do. The floor is made of old stone, and it stays cool even when the weather gets hot outside. We don't have a big marketing team or fancy brochures. If someone needs botanical herbs, they usually know where to find us in Ram Nagar. We keep a ledger on the main counter to track what goes out. It's a bit cluttered, and there’s always a stack of empty crates waiting by the back door. It’s just how a herb business looks after a few decades of work.
