Indiabulls Real Estate Limited is based at Flat No-6, D-13 in Laxmi Nagar. This is Delhi-92. If you’ve ever been to Laxmi Nagar, you know it’s packed with buildings and shops. Our office is tucked away in one of those blocks. It’s not a huge place, just a flat where we’ve set up our desks and chairs. The walls are a bit plain, but they hold up the shelves full of property records. Working in Delhi-92 means there is always noise from the street below. Rickshaws, cars, and people talking are just part of the background here. We do the daily work of real estate without making a big fuss about it. We aren't trying to win awards for the best office. We just need a place to talk to clients and sort out the paperwork. Sometimes the tea guy from downstairs brings up a few cups when we have a long afternoon ahead. It’s a very local feel. We know the neighbors and they know we are the real estate people in D-13. The building is a bit older, like many in this part of Delhi, but it serves the purpose. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Most of what we do is just steady, daily tasks involving local plots and apartments. That’s just the way it is here.
