We are located at A-21 in Rajeev Nagar, right near Ganesh Chowk. If you know the Bhalswa Dairy area, you know it’s a place that’s always moving. Our building is easy to spot once you get to the chowki. We handle scientific equipment, which means our shelves are full of glass tubes, beakers, and various measuring tools that look quite strange to people just passing by. The floor is mostly concrete and we try to keep the dust off the delicate stuff, but in this part of town, that’s a full-time job in itself. It’s mostly just us working here, packing orders and checking the stock that comes in from the suppliers. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. It’s more of a practical workspace where we can focus on getting things right. The sunlight hits the front window pretty hard in the morning, making the whole place feel like a greenhouse for an hour or two. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively while we sort through the paperwork. Dealing with lab supplies requires a bit of patience, and we’ve learned plenty of that over the years being here in Bhalswa. Sometimes the cows from the nearby dairy wander a bit too close to the entrance, but that’s just part of the local charm. It’s a straightforward business and we don’t try to make it seem like more than it is.
