Imaan Staffing Services

Imaan Staffing Services is just a small office tucked away in Jamia Nagar, Okhla. We have been here for a while now, mostly just dealing with piles of resumes and people coming in and out all day looking for work. The office isn't much to look at, just some desks and a couple of old computers that sometimes take forever to start up. Most of our day is spent on the phone, talking to different companies and then trying to match them with the guys who drop by. Okhla is a busy place, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We don't have any fancy receptionists or coffee machines. If you come by, you just grab a plastic chair and wait until someone is free to talk. It gets pretty crowded in the afternoons when the local boys finish their classes and stop in to see if any new openings came up. We try to keep track of everything in big ledgers and some excel sheets, though sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy. It is just a few of us working here, trying to keep things moving. We know most of the people in the neighborhood by name now. It is a bit chaotic sometimes, but that is just how things go in this part of town. We just focus on getting people into jobs so they can start earning.
