Our office for Ijm(India)Infrastructure Ltd. is tucked away at A-18 S-1 in Dilshad Garden, Delhi. It’s a busy part of the city, and we’ve been operating from this spot for a good while. We mostly deal with the planning and management side of infrastructure projects from here. It is not a very large space, just enough for our desks and a place to keep the project blueprints. Delhi is always moving fast, and we try to keep up with the pace. Most of our mornings start with coffee and a long list of things to do. We talk to contractors, check on material deliveries, and handle the usual paperwork that comes with construction work. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. Whether it's roads or big buildings, we are involved in the details. The neighborhood here is quite residential, so we try to keep things quiet when we aren't working. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us working hard to get the projects finished on time. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and files, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We’re just local people doing our jobs every day in the city. It's a lot of work but it's what we know, and we do it well enough to keep the doors open.
