We’re based out of a spot in Chennai, specifically in Secretariat Colony over in the Mappedu area of Madambakkam. The office is at No. 66, and it’s a bit of a shared setup with Mr. Ramamoorthy’s place. It’s not your typical glass-and-steel office building, but it works for what we need to get done. Working in infrastructure means we spend more time out on site anyway, so a quiet place to handle the books is all we really require. The neighborhood around here is decent, and we’ve gotten to know the locals over the years. Chennai weather is usually hot, so we try to get most of the heavy thinking done in the mornings before it gets too stuffy. We aren't a huge team with fancy departments; we’re just a group of people who understand how to build things. Sometimes things get a bit messy with all the paperwork and site reports lying around, but we know where everything is. Being in the 600 073 area puts us in a good position to reach different parts of the city. We don't go in for big marketing or trying to impress people with slogans. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is sturdy. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
