We are Ijm(India Infrastructure Ltd and our office is located at C/2721, Phase -01 in Sushant Lok. Gurgaon is always moving fast, and being in Sushant Lok means we are right in the middle of it. Our space is pretty basic. We have what we need to get the job done and not much else. Most of our work involves managing infrastructure projects, so there is a lot of paperwork and technical drawings laying around. The staff here are locals who understand how things work in Haryana. We don’t use any of that fancy business language because we think it just gets in the way of real work. Sometimes we stay late when a project deadline is coming up. The traffic around Phase 01 can be a real headache during rush hour, so we often end up having extra coffee while waiting for it to clear. We have been working from this office for a while now and have seen many changes in the surrounding area. It is a lot of hard work keeping everything on track, but we enjoy seeing the progress on the sites. If you come by, you’ll likely see us buried in files or on the phone with suppliers. We focus on the practical side of building and don’t worry about looking like a big corporation. We are just people who know how to build stuff and keep things organized in a busy city.
