We are located over in Khureji Khas, specifically on School Wali Gali in Delhi-51. Being Ijm Infrastructure( India)Ltd in such a crowded area means we are used to the noise and the constant movement. Our office is just a regular spot in the neighborhood where we manage the local projects. We do a lot of the ground-level work that people don’t always notice but it needs doing. The streets around here are narrow so getting things moved in and out takes some patience. We have been here a while and the locals know who we are. It’s not a fancy corporate setup at all. Most days are spent talking to contractors and checking on the supplies coming in. We handle a lot of the basic building needs for this part of Delhi. It gets busy during the middle of the day but we find a way to make it work. Our team is small but they have plenty of experience with the local layout. We don’t have a big marketing budget because we prefer to let the work speak for itself. It is mostly about being consistent and showing up when we say we will. Living and working in Delhi-51 keeps us busy enough as it is without looking for extra attention. We just do the job and go home at the end of the day like everyone else.
