Over in Zakir Nagar, at number 287/6, is where you’ll find our office. New Delhi-25 is a busy area, and we are right in the middle of it. Ijm (India) Infrastructure Ltd has been set up here for a while. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in this part of town, but we make it work. The office is mostly filled with equipment manuals and project folders. We spend our days coordinating with the sites and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. The streets outside are always full of life, which keeps things interesting. It’s a very local feel here. We don’t have fancy glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a place to get the job done. The staff is small, and we all know each other's coffee orders by now. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out. That’s just how it is. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Our focus is always on the current construction tasks. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on the weather forecasts. We stay busy. If you drop by, you’ll probably find someone drinking chai and looking over a site plan. It's a real place for real work. We don't worry about being fancy as long as the projects move forward on time.
