Being located at H.No. E 38 in Bali Nagar puts us right in the middle of a typical busy Delhi neighborhood. Our work with Ijm India Infrastructure Limited keeps us on our toes, usually dealing with the logistics of various building projects. The office here is pretty simple. It’s where we keep our records and meet up to discuss whatever project is currently on the table. New Delhi is a fast-paced city, and Bali Nagar has its own frantic energy, especially during rush hour. We spend a lot of time coordinating between different teams and making sure materials get to where they need to be. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on management. We aren't really the type to use big corporate buzzwords. We just talk about concrete, schedules, and site safety. The office can get a bit cluttered with maps and project files, but that’s just a sign that we’re working. Most of the people here have been with the company for a decent amount of time, so we’ve developed a shorthand for how we get things done. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather gets extreme, but we stick to the routine. We focus on the structural stuff that people often take for granted. It’s just honest work, day in and day out, from our little spot in Bali Nagar. Anyway, that’s pretty much what we do here. It's just a regular bunch of people doing their jobs.
