Ijm (India) Infrastructure Limited

We are Ijm (India) Infrastructure Limited and our office is located at 34, Vishwakarma Apartments in Vasundhra Enclave. Being based here in Delhi-96 makes it easier for us to handle the various projects we have going on around the city. It is not a huge corporate building, just a regular space where the team sits down to figure out schedules and talk to vendors. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going over the site reports from the previous day. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but we manage to find what we need eventually. The apartment complex is pretty quiet which is nice when we have to focus on heavy planning. We have been here for a good amount of time now and most people in the building know who we are. It’s just a group of us working on infrastructure things, trying to make sure everything stays on track. There is usually a lot of talk about materials and transport routes in the office. We don’t really do much marketing or anything like that. People just find us when they need work done. If you come by, you’ll probably see blueprints spread out over the main table. It’s a busy environment but we like it that way. We just do our jobs and try to stay out of the way of the neighbors. We even manage to keep a few plants alive in the corner.
