Ideb Sucg Jv Delhi Metro Rail Project

Over in Chengannur, things are a bit different. We are at Puthen Veetil Thazhathethil in the Thittamel area. This is the office for the Ideb Sucg Jv Delhi Metro Rail Project, even though we are way down here in Alappuzha, Kerala. It’s a bit of a long name for a small office. The building is a traditional house, which keeps things cool in the heat. It’s a quiet spot, away from the big city noise of Delhi where the actual tracks are. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff here. It’s a lot of admin work and keeping track of various project milestones. Most people in the neighborhood know the house by its local name. We have a small group of staff who live nearby. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people in this office. It’s just a handful of us making sure the paperwork for the metro rail stays organized. The rain can be heavy in Alappuzha, so we spend a lot of time indoors. We have our files and our tea, and we just work through the day. It’s a modest setup. There’s no big sign or flashing lights. Just a gate and a front door that stays open most of the day. We don’t need much else to do our part. It feels right to work from a place like this, surrounded by trees instead of traffic. We just keep doing our thing.
