Operating out of Dwarka in New Delhi keeps us pretty busy. Ideb Projects Pvt Ltd has been around this area for some time now. Delhi is a fast place, and Dwarka has its own rhythm with all the apartments and people moving around. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to work sites. We handle various project tasks, mostly making sure the technical side of things is running okay. There is a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the actual projects. You spend a lot of time in traffic here, which is just part of the job. We don’t use a lot of big words or have complicated systems. We just write things down, make the calls, and try to stay on top of the work. Sometimes the office gets crowded when everyone comes back at the end of the shift, and it can get a bit loud. We like it that way, though. It feels like things are actually happening. We deal with the usual stuff like permits, labor issues, and material costs. It is not always easy, but we have a rhythm down. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do a solid job on the projects we have in front of us right now. It is hard work, but we are used to it.
