Gudur is a hot place. Our spot is 1-428-8B in Malavyanagar. It's a decent area in Nellore district. We’ve been working on various jobs around here for a while. Mostly, we deal with cement, bricks, and making sure everything is level on the site. It is not an easy job when the sun is beating down on you in the afternoon. We try to get most things sorted in the morning hours. The office is where we keep all the records and meet with people. It’s a simple setup. We don't have those big glass walls like in the city. Just a regular room with some chairs and a table. Most of the guys are out on the field during the day. We get our supplies from local vendors we have known for years. Communication is usually just a quick call or someone stopping by the gate. We take things as they come. Construction can be unpredictable because of the weather or materials arriving late. We just manage the best we can. Living and working in Gudur means you know everyone. We don’t really do any fancy advertisements. Word of mouth is usually how people find out about Ideb Constructions. It’s just how things work in this town. We just keep our heads down and finish the projects we started.
