Idea Leather Exporters is tucked away in No. 108 Vardham Plaza in Pitam Pura. If you know the area, you know Vardham Plaza is a busy hub with all sorts of small businesses crammed together. Our spot is pretty functional. We deal with leather every day, so there’s always that specific smell in the air that never really goes away. We’ve got stacks of samples and leather hides taking up most of the room. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush chairs or a receptionist greeting you at the door. It’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and checking the quality of the skins before they go out. Pitam Pura is a loud place, and you can hear the street noise even when the windows are shut tight. We don't spend much time on decorations. Most of the walls are covered with calendars or old notes we’ve stuck up over the months. We’ve been here for a good while, so we know the other shop owners around the plaza quite well. We aren't looking to grow into some massive conglomerate; we just like the way things are going right now. It’s a steady pace, and we know our regulars. When a shipment arrives, the whole place gets messy for a few hours, but we eventually get everything sorted and back in its place. It’s just how we do things here without any unnecessary fuss or fancy talk.
